Flavia Eckholm was born in Miami, Arizona. Art was an early interest and a great way to spend many hours while living in the desert. Flavia obtained a BFA at the University of Houston, studied at the Palette and Chisel Academy, the Academy of Fine Art in Chicago, and the Olde Lyme Academy of Fine Art in Connecticut. Flavia's oil landscapes, graphite drawings and pastels are hanging in galleries, museums, and corporate collections.
